Photography 2 - Outdoor Fashion Photography

Apparently Harajuku Fashion is really hard to mix and match regardless of its accessories-heavy and pattern-filled combinations. I did not have enough bright clothes and interesting patterns, so I had to opt out of my first choice for this fashioon shoot.

I chose Chinese Cheongsam instead, and found the China-Malaysia Friendship Garden in Putrajaya through a friend. It was small but perfect for my shooting.

These are my reference images, I try not to get those that uses Cheongsam as a means of sexual attire because it feels like their tarnishing the elegant traditional outfit by degrading it to a mere object for sexual appeal.
I spent around 3 hours for my shooting, and have gotten more than 60+ photos, these are a few of what I've shot.
I've selected 3 photos and edited them in Photoshop.
Our lecturer said this looks like a photograph taken from a long time ago with it's slightly faded background, which is why I decided to add the warm photo filter and scratch marks to make it look like an old photo.
