What is a Graphic Designer???

A graphic designer creates the graphics primarily for published, printed or electronic media, such as brochures (sometimes) and advertising.

To me,

Advertisement makes up a huge part of being a Graphic Designer. We help people sell their ideas, products, merchandises and services. In a sense, we're trying to connect the people to the various markets around them. A Graphic Designer does so in order to help the masses with their needs and wants.

A Graphic Designer combines logic and aesthetic sense to create something for the mass media, whether it's to raise awareness or just a simple advertisement. It is crucial for the designs to connect to what they are trying to convey because this helps increase the understanding of the people who come across these designs.

With so many different minds out there, every Graphic Designer is unique to their own perception of the world around us. This is the result of varying advertisement methods and awareness campaign out there that make this position interesting and effective.

Being a Graphic Designer means to connect the people to the available markets around them, by doing this, the world can be connected one step at a time.

I'd love to become a Graphic Designer that I would be proud of one day...or maybe an illustrator because it's still my first choice.
